l Selmi 22 è un ristorante di pesce nel cuore storico di Modena, a due passi dalla Ghirlandina e da Piazza Grande.

Antonio Mingarelli (l’oste) e Marco Perissinotto (lo chef) lavorano ogni giorno con il loro affiatato staff con l’obiettivo di farvi assaporare pesce di qualità , vini selezionati in un ambiente informale e caloroso.

Marco, non seleziona prodotti o semilavorati, bensì materie prime di qualità per trasformarle in piatti prelibati. Buona parte del pesce che acquistiamo al Selmi 22 proviene del mar Adriatico, e dalla Sicilia, ma non escludiamo anche qualche rarità oltreoceano.
